Cosmogenetech's STR-Based Cell Line Authentication Service verifies the genetic identity of human-derived cell lines and detects potential cell line cross-contamination through STR (Short Tandem Repeat) profiling analysis. The service uses Promega's PowerPlex® 18D System as its standard platform and is provided in accordance with the ANSI/ATCC ASN-0002 guideline (Authentication of Human Cell Lines: Standardization of STR Profiling).
