세포주 검증(Cell line authentication)은 게놈상의 STR (short tandem repeat) profiling을 통하여 다양한 인간 유래 세포주의 근연관계를 확인하기 위한 서비스입니다. Promega사의 Powerplex 18D kit 를 기본 사용하고, ANSI 표준 (ASN-0002, Authentication of human cell lines: Standardization of STR profiling)에 따라 서비스를 제공합니다.
