Custom PCR

• This service performs PCR using primers you provide for targeted sequencing, or primers produced through our PCR optimization service.

PCR purification

• Residual dNTPs and primers that may affect the sequencing reaction must be removed from PCR products.
• We perform PCR product cleanup using either enzymatic method (Exo/SAP) or column method.

Gel extraction

• When nonspecific products in a PCR are significantly problematic, we purify the specific band by agarose gel electrophoresis.

Plasmid miniprep

• When submitted as transformed E. coli, we culture and perform plasmid miniprep.

BigDye pre-reacted sample running

• If you perform the sequencing reaction yourself and only request running, we will proceed from that step onward.

• Our sequencing running conditions: Instrument, ABI3730xl; Polymer, POP7; capillary 50 cm
• We are not responsible for results if issues occur during the sequencing reaction step.
