Viral genome sequencing

Viral genome 분석 서비스는 overlapping fragment amplification & direct sanger sequencing 방식으로 진행됩니다. 대부분의 바이러스는 변이가 심하기 때문에 일차적으로 genbank에 등록되어 있는 reference genome 염기서열을 분석한 후 degenerative primer를 디자인합니다. 디자인된 primer는 cDNA 합성 (RNA 바이러스) 및 partial overlap fragment (1~1.3 kb) 증폭에 사용되고, 증폭된 DNA를 sequencing한 후 최종적으로 genome 전체서열로 assembly합니다.
